Crystal Crown Inc. offers the following Store Policy:

* Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Items that have been removed from the plastic wrappers are not eligible for return.
* We add a $ 5.00 service charge to all orders under $ 25.00
* Any shipment refused at the door will be charged the freight plus a 10% restocking fee.
* We do not ship air service for items accidentally left out of a package.
* We do not issue call tags for damaged items or returns.
* Items damaged by carrier must be reported to UPS or USPS immediately. Waiting to report this could result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. You must report this damage as you are the one receiving the package. 
* All Custom Sash orders (Ribbon and Embroidery) must be paid in full in advance, for us to begin the manufacture.
* Once a custom order has been sent to the artwork department,  no changes are allowed.
* We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the event the item you ordered is out of stock.

* We do not send replacement tiaras, crowns, jewelry, or scepters for items received with missing/loose stones. We will be happy to mail out a replacement stone(s).

* Our Shipping and Handling charges do not necessarily reflect carrier charges.
